COVID-19 Policy

For the safety of our attendees, HJDF classes are being held as a vaccine-only event. Please also consider getting a booster prior to the event if you are eligible to do so as that can greatly reduce the risks.

We will also require masks or testing during the classes

  • For masks, our classes  will require masks the entire time.

  • If you prefer not to wear a mask during class, you will be required to take a rapid test every 48 hours during the event. If you would prefer to test over masking, please contact us for more details.

Finally, we will be conducting daily temperature checks.

We respect and acknowledge that some attendees, due to medical reasons, may not be able to wear a mask (with the exception of small children). We encourage those attendees to consider an alternative option like a face shield or facial covering, if they’re unable to wear a mask or an alternative design.

We will determine and implement measures to safely dance with each other. We will focus on behaviors and ensure all follow best practices and rules. Our host hotel the Marriott Westchase is committed to help keeping us safe. To learn about all they are doing please see the following link: Marriott Westchase Clean Approach

We also will ask all attendees to submit to temperature screening at check-in and to acknowledge:
