Cancellation / Refund Policy

There are no refunds ! No exceptions. In addition, passes are not transferable to other dancers. However, you can request that your weekend pass be credited to the following year’s Houston Jazz Dance Festival!  The transferred pass can only be used by the same registrant and is only good for one year. Requests for transfer of weekend passes to the following year must be received by the the Monday before the event opens; requests received after that date will not be accepted.
