Cancellation / Refund Policy
There are no refunds - No exceptions.
In addition, passes are not transferable to other dancers. However, you can request that your weekend pass be credited to the following year’s Houston Jazz Dance Festival. The transferred pass can only be used by the same registrant and is only good for one year. Requests for transfer of weekend passes to the following year must be received by the the Monday before the event begins; requests received after that date will not be accepted.
All HJDF events take place at the Marriott Westchase Hotel. HJDF is a sister event of the International Swing Dance Championships (ISDC) that takes place the same weekend at the same hotel in separate ballrooms. Participants of the HJDF will be allowed entry into ISDC Saturday and Sunday evening dances
